Our Story
Mrs. Anjali Anthwal is the Founder & CEO of Swadeshi Tattva Organics. She is deeply involved in R&D of new products and fusion foods (superfoods), blending cultures into traditional Pahadi styles using Himalayan herbs, ayurvedic ingredients, and natural grains.
A well-qualified woman entrepreneur, she holds an MBA and B.Sc. (MLT) from Dehradun and brings years of experience across HR, hospitality, and skill-based education. She successfully ran technical skill institutes in Gujarat under the name JIMT – Jhanvi Institute of Management & Technology, which became a recognized name in the Jamnagar region.
She is actively involved in Human Resource Development for hiring and training of staff and employees, of various group companies and for self-business development of own companies, also Mrs. Anjali is mentoring and looking after “Antram Hospitality Care” business of Antram hotels and resorts Pvt ltd and for various clientele companies, institutes and associates for hiring of manpower in hospitality sector
Under her leadership SWADESHI TATTVA ORGANICS rural development & employment generation program has involved several villages of Uttarakhand by developing sustainable rural economy by helping self help groups & womens to work and earn by growing Organic millets & providing markets.
